Dr. John McNabb

Research Assistant Professor

Dr. McNabb received his B.A. in Physics (Major), Mathematics (Major), and History (Major) in Magna cu Laude with honors in Physics from Washington & Jefferson College in 1995. He then attended the Carnegie Mellon University, receiving M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Physics in 1997 and 2002. Dr. McNabb joined the Hampton University staff as the AIM Data Center Manager in November 2006. He is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences.

Teaching Experience: Taught students recitations, conducted quizzes and exams for calculus based Introduction to Physics I and Physics II
