Department of Physics Summer Programs
Since 1997, the program has been funded by the National Science Foundation and is known as the Undergraduate Institute in Physics-Research Experiences for Undergraduates (UnIPhy-REU).
An Electron Ion Collider with polarized beams has been embraced by the U.S. nuclear science community as embodying the vision for reaching the next frontier in understanding the fundamental quark-gluon structure of matter.
